Our customized itinerary service requires a one-time trip planning fee. This fee will vary based on the length and complexity of your travel request. Trip planning fees reflect the time, research, and detailed attention required to design a tailored itinerary that meets your unique preferences, interests, and budget. It covers the advisor's expertise in recommending destinations, selecting accommodations, coordinating transportation, securing exclusive experiences, and managing all logistics to ensure a smooth journey.

When a travel advisor books a hotel stay for a client, the hotel pays a commission as a percentage of the total booking cost. The commission is built into the cost of the booking, meaning the client pays the same rate they would if they booked directly with the hotel, but the advisor receives the commission for facilitating the reservation. This structure allows travel advisors to offer their services at no additional cost to the client.

The rates we have access to through our booking portal are typically the exact same (if not less) than what you would find on a hotel’s website. If the rate we provide you is ever more expensive than a rate you find online, it is usually not by much, and the value of the VIP perks added will outweigh the additional cost.
